Key-card switches only know whether a card is in the slot — not whether anyone's actually in the room. Guests learn the workaround fast, and the savings quietly disappear.

Four steps, no guest habits to change

Guest arrives

Door sensor triggers — lights and HVAC switch on automatically.

Room latches on

Guest controls lights and AC normally. No re-triggering needed.

Guest leaves

Door sensor fires again. A 5–10 minute exit-delay timer begins.

Room powers down

No motion detected → lights and HVAC switch off. Temperature is still monitored for safety.

What's actually in the room

Three parts. No cabling.

Wireless sensors talk to a single controller hidden near the fuse box — nothing visible changes in the room except a light that now switches itself off.

The Brain

The controller hides inside or alongside the fuse box, wired into existing circuits. Two outputs control lighting and AC/heat independently.

Wireless Occupancy Sensor

Discreetly senses whether the room is occupied. A 10-year battery life means almost zero maintenance once fitted.

Wireless Door Sensor

Triggers welcome lighting the moment a guest enters. Fire-rated and fitted invisibly into the door frame.
